What are my payment options and how safe is my purchase over the internet?
We have elected to use Paypal. Paypal is one of the most widely used and trusted secure service providers in the world, catering for everything from small business to Ebay. All transactions with Paypal are conducted in 'secure sessions' using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption. You should check that your browser is compatible with SSL encryption. This is often indicated by a 'closed lock' icon at the bottom of your screen.
What are delivery charges?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
For small orders - under 500 grams we use a 500 gram satchel. For larger orders up to 3 kg we use an overnight bag. Usually we can only fit up to about 2 to 2.5 kilos of coffee into the bag. The satchels will accommodate between 8 to 10 200gm bags depending on whether they are long or short leaf i.e puffy or dense. Most of our packaging weighs from 5 - 15 grams per pack so this must also be factored into the weight calculation.
Can I order by phone?
Absolutely. Tuesday and Thursday we are open until about 2pm. Friday until 5:30pm. Orders placed by phone will usually be processed that day.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
Phone orders will usually go out the same day. Internet orders will be processed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Usually that will ensure you receive the order the same week.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
We do. Each order will be handled individually so email us with your request and we will contact you with the specifics. However it is ridiculously expensive. Can I pick up the order at the shop?
Yes but in that case, usually there is no need to order in advance.
What is your order cancellation and goods return policy?
All sales are final. We cannot give a refund if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. We will accept the return of a non-food item sent in error. The item would have to be unused in it's packaging. Before returning anything please contact us and we will arrange the details with you.
Will my personal details be released to anyone?
